该项目成果是建立基于顺磁特性的氧气测量方法,并通过新型器件、电路集成方案以及微型磁场与气路一体化架构设计,实现氧气浓度的实时监测与测量系统的模块化设计,并在性能与功能等都满足ISO21647标准要求,达到工程化水平,具有很好的可应用性。

   this project build the method of measurement for oxygen concentration basing on para-magnetism, by new components ,electronic system integrating design and all in one structure for micro-electric-magnetic field and gas channel, and the complete simultaneously monitoring for O2 and system module design are improved, the accuracy and function of O2 measurement both are complied to the ISO21647 standards, the industried level for production are achieved , they have much more usability in healthcare
